Clovelly hotels

Clovelly DevonThe Clovelly hotels listed below are either in the town or we have given a rough guide as to how far they are from Clovelly. We hope you enjoy your stay and find your ideal accommodation.

Clovelly is an ancient fishing village, mentioned in the Doomsday book. Access to the village is pedestrian only and by way of a path leading from the Clovelly Visitor Centre down the cobbled street. At the bottom lies Clovelly's stony beach and tiny harbour, snuggled at the bottom of a cleft in the cliff wall. A lifeboat operates from here and a handful of fishing boats are the only remains of the once important fishing fleet. Charles Kingsley was born here. Also see Clovelly & Clovelly attractions.
