Terms and Conditions

Each party shall keep confidential all information, whether written or oral, concerning the business or affairs of the other party which is obtained or received as a result of the discussions leading up to, the entering into or the performance of these Terms.

We will design and host a web page(s) for the accommodation type specified by you.

We will develop the page(s) as soon as reasonably possible after you accept these Terms

We will ask you to check for errors, and inform us of any changes necessary. These will be rectified as soon as possible.
You will provide all material for the page(s) and be responsible for its accuracy.
We are not responsible for the quality of images displayed on the page(s)
You warrant that you own or are authorised to use the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Information.
The content of the Site will be subject to our approval.

Permission granted by the customer to use photos & other materials from listings on the internet shall be deemed by our editors to allow use of such material on our website without further permission being needed from third parties. Images and text may be used on our sites to enhance our pages in our aims to promote accommodation in general.

You will ensure that the Information displayed on the page(s) is accurate and up to date at all times. You are responsible for informing us of changes to the information displayed, and checking after the update.
We reserve the right, without notice, to amend or delete any Information on the page(s) that, in our reasonable opinion, is defamatory, obscene or materially inaccurate or in breach of any law or advertising code of practice.
In consideration of us providing the Service you will pay the charges agreed.
Transactions, invoicing and payments, will be made via Royal Mail. Payment can be made directly into our account after negotiation.
We will provide the Service for 12 months from the date of invoice.

This agreement may be terminated immediately by us if you are subject to an administration order, enter into any voluntary arrangement with your creditors or you have a bankruptcy order made against you or anything equivalent occurs under any national or local law.

If a fault occurs in the site you should report it immediately, whereupon we will use reasonable efforts to remedy it.
We cannot be held responsible for any downtime of servers. If this persists we will make use of alternative servers.

Only offers listed on those two pages are legitimate. Innkeeper UK accommodation cannot be responsible if "old" pages are "cached" on search engines.

All distances given on this site are approximate and we do not accept responsibility for the mileages given. Please use other rescourses available to confirm our estimations.

We may change these Terms at any time by giving you 60 days' prior written notice.
